Life Steps Campus is a progressive concept in community outreach that is coming into it's
own. Our campus is a facility that was once an orphanage and then a youth treatment center that was left vacant a few years ago. Our
community has reclaimed the campus in the name of those in need. In cooperation with the
Casper Housing Authority,
social outreach agencies have come together to develop a home base for people who are without a home or have been displaced.
The campus has been beautifully rehabilitated to house homeless families in
transition and victims of domestic violence, as well as providing a wide variety
of programs to meet the social needs of infants, children, teens, and adults.
Life Steps Campus is funded through community and private grants. Its success depends on the gifts of time and talent provided by all the
volunteers who serve the residents.
Our facility is a collaborative effort of over fourteen (14) non-profit human services
agencies to respond to unmet needs for housing with supportive services.
Emergency and transitional housing for homeless families with children.
Transitional housing for victims of domestic violence and elder abuse.
Our goal is to help people climb out of crisis, re-build their lives, and achieve the highest
level of self-sufficiency possible for their individual circumstances.
